Weight loss means  reduction of the total body mass.It may be  loss of fluid or loss of  body fat. Now a days every one is conscious about its health or physique.Weight loss  can reduce health risks. It also increases fitness  and may delay the onset of diabetes. Weight loss is helpful in  reduction  of  high blood pressure. According to a research  to  manage an ideal weight  one should take 300  calories to meet their needs, and being physically active. So if  you want to loss your weight, you have to follow one day diet plan.

  In one Day diet plan you have to follow some rules strictly
  • Firm intention to loss the weight
  • Strictly follow the diet plan
  • Check your weight daily
  • Excessive use of fluid( water)
  • 30 minutes walk
I have a wonderful diet plan for you guys . Lets start our wonderful one day diet plan  and by following it you can loss your weight with in a  day. Before breakfast use one glass luke water with one table spoon honey. It will not only helpful in reducing fat but also regulates your digestive system.
Breakfast:  (Total Calories 250)
2 Eggs, boiled ( only white) (40 Calories)
2 slice of bread  (185 Calories)
1 cup tea  (no sugar, no cream) 25 calories

For breakfast, try this healthy breakfast . If you woke up hungry, and take this break fast at   8 ‘o’ clock it  would  hold you  till 2 ‘o’ clock ( lunchtime) .  if you feel hunger with in this time  you can take one cup of tea at 12 ‘o’ clock.
 Lunch  (total Calories 445)
  • 1 medium  bread  or  pita (289 calories)
  • Small piece of  steam fish (80 Calories)
  • 1 cup chopped tomato (18 calories)
  • 1 plate salad (one carrot +1 small cucumber) 58 Calories
Stuff a whole wheat bread  with  steam fish , tomatoes and salad. The whole wheat bread  is low in saturated fat. Salad is not only healthy but also full of  minerals. Carrots are excellent source of vitamins. Carrots are free from Cholesterol. Everything  in lunch  is  healthy.
Snack  ( total Calories 60)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt   (Calories 60)
Yogurt is  full of protein.,it  stimulates immune system. It is good source of Calcium which is necessary for good health. It also provides  Magnesium and vitamin.
Dinner           (total Calories  180)
  • 3 ounces grilled Fish (Salmon)  (145 Calories)
  • 1/4  cup of boiled rice 51  Calories)
  • 100 gram green beans (  32 Calories )
  • 1 table spoon  lemon Juice (3 Calories)
Grilled fish is high in nutrients.it has low fat. Salmon fish is fused with omega-3 fatty acids. Rice is an excellent source of  carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals. Green beans provide antioxidant. These are also  good source of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals

It is a perfect  one day diet plan to loss weight.  Never take  chips,  Chocolates , Candy, ice cream, and alcohol in any shape.

Expected Results: You can  lose 1-2 pounds in a single day by using this diet.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
