There are a lot of weight training supplements on the shelves of nearly any shop nowadays. I walked into my local supermarket the other day and even they were selling a famous brand of weight training supplements, so there's not a shortage of them about.

what ones will make me the most gains...... Do not worry though, I will try and explain everything, if you click on the links they will tell you a bit about what each one does.
Some people think weight training supplements are the most important part of gaining weight/muscle, but they are called supplements for a reason and that is because they supplement your diet if you have any nutritional deficiencies, for example, if you cannot eat enough carbs/protein in one day, supplements can help.
Remember the best source of nutrition is from food.
When you start training, or if you already are training, you might be aware of the fact that your body needs more nutrition, vitamins and minerals than someone who works in an office and does no physical activity at all.
Some people say you can get all the nutrients you need from a good diet, which is true in a sense, but if you are like me and you have not got a big appetite, you just cannot physically eat that much food as it eventually makes you sick, and that has happened a few times to me.
That is what some people do not really understand about us hardgainers, we know we have to eat more food but find it really hard to consume all that food as our appetite is not that big. That's why I believe it is a good idea to use weight training supplements, but you should only use them in between meals and try not to rely on them for most of your diet. I know it’s easily done so you have to be careful.

I spent a lot of money on all of these and didn't achieve anything because I was always feeling sick with the amount of powder I was drinking and I wasn't consuming any solid food. This does not work so trust me don't do that.
This is why I am writing this website as I have tried all different ways. I will tell you my experiences and what worked for me, but one thing I will not do is to tell you what to do I will give you all the advice and motivation so you can make your own informed decisions. One thing you will notice me repeat a lot is that just because something worked for me does not mean it will work for everyone but there are a lot of ways to achieve your goals, one basic principle, but a lot of ways to achieve them.
