With all the different supplements out there what are the best testosterone supplements to take. I want to explain a bit about testosterone first, as the more knowledge we have the better we are equipped to make good informed choices. Testosterone is a steroid hormone fond in mammals and it is part of a group called androgen. It is primarily secreted in the testes of males, and it is the main male sex hormone.

Testosterone is anabolic meaning it aids in the growth of muscle mass and strength, also it increases bone density. When you start exercising you naturally increase your testosterone levels, so if we want to increase it more what should you consider taking.

There are a lot out there but I will concentrate on the main testosterone supplements.

These foods are quite common so if you eat a varied diet and exercise then you should not have a problem in raising your testosterone levels. But with foods that increase your testosterone you get some that can have the opposite effect. The main one is saturated fat you can find this in fast food/junk food. But do not worry about completely cutting out junk food just keep it to a minimum, if you are sensible and healthy with your diet then you will be fine. It is about getting the right balance and making sure you stick to your diet and do not get bored, so fast food can be a nice treat if you want to eat it that is.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
