The Muscles Of The Back

The trapeziums (traps) are a triangular shaped muscle that extends from the neck down between the shoulder blades. The Latissimus Doris is the largest muscle on the upper back that extends from under the shoulders to the lower part of the back, below the Lats are the spinal erectors they go from the waist to the skull just parallel to the spine, they support and protect the spine from injury and also help you stand erect(upright).

Before any exercise or workout dont forgot to warm up so you can prevent injury, as it is better to warm up for 5 minutes before the workout as it is to have 5 weeks or so off the gym due to inury.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
