Bodybuilding Exercises Chest

BodyBulding Chest. The chest muscle consits of two parts, the upper part and the lower part, the upper part is called the calvicular and the lower part is known as the sternal. The calvicular attaches to the collar bone and the sternal attaches to the breast bone, the basic function of the chest is to pull the arm inwards.

Before any exercise or workout dont forgot to warm up so you can prevent injury, as it is better to warm up for 5 minutes before the workout as it is to have 5 weeks or so off the gym due to inury.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
