Free shoulder workout routine and exercise, if you are not sure how to perform an exercise then this is the place to look.
The shoulder is made up of three parts, the front(anterior) deltoid, the side(lateral) deltoid and the rear(posterior) deltoid. The function of the shoulder is to rotate and lift the arm to the front, side and the rear.

Also in the shoulders we have the traps (trapezius) which is also involed with the back so you could train the traps on back day.

Before any exercise or workout do not forgot to warm up so you can prevent injury, as it is better to warm up for 5 minutes before the workout as it is to have 5 weeks or so off the gym due to inury.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
