Bodybuilding Guide for Beginners – Must-Have Supps and Vitamins

The best answer would be none. This is because all bodies are different and so they respond uniquely to anything foreign

There are guys who religiously go to the gym every week and have barely achieved anything they are proud of. They probably have dropped some weight in the process, but are far from being powerfully built. If you have started bodybuilding, or have been doing it for a while, there is a secret you should know. Supplements and vitamins for bodybuilders can achieve great gains and an increased levels of energy and focus.

These products may boost your efforts if you pick them carefully. Also, compared to steroids, vitamins and supplements are safer and more organic. As long as you are willing to do certain things that are shown below, you will be successful building your body with artificial products.

BODYBUILDING BASICS FOR SUCCESS!

Despite using premium quality bodybuilder’s vitamins and supplements, do the following things every single day.

  • Eat a natural protein diet every three hours, keep your foods natural and avoid processed fatty foods.
  • Don’t ignore your daily calorie intakes, especially, now that you want to build lean muscles. You need enough energy buffers.
  • Avoid insomnia by sleeping for eight hours every night. This is the wrong time to sleep late, as you need to give your muscles enough time to heal and repair themselves.
  • It is time to stop drinking alcohol like water. Do something about your binge drinking on weekends.
  • There are enough natural sources of vitamins. For instance, you should eat ten servings of fruits and vegetables each day. By the time you take a multivitamin, your body will not be in a state of deficiency.
  • Do the correct bodybuilding workouts on a regular basis and try to push your reps and weight each time.

WHAT PRODUCTS WORK FOR EVERYBODY?

The best answer would be none. This is because all bodies are different and so they respond uniquely to anything foreign. A supplement that worked for a friend may not give you the same excellent results. As there are several products on the market today, you should first focus on the ones that have been proven to work. Then keep on trying and swapping.

One or more products will give you the results you always desire. There will be side effects, of course, but some products may not have severe ones. Take a note that sometimes the product user is the problem. If you want any bodybuilding product to work overnight, you might get disappointed and drop it. Yet, another person might use the same product patiently and get great results.

THE BEST SUPPLEMENTS FOR BODYBUILDING

As aforesaid, numerous bodybuilders’ products are available. However, it is upon you to pick those that have worked for others already. To get you started, here is a list of what’s best for you as a beginner.

CREATINE

This one is found in red meat. So those who eat red meat often replenish their creatine levels naturally. Nevertheless, a lot of creatine is used up when lifting weights and doing other strength training workouts. As a result, consumed creatine alone is not enough to provide the quantities you need. A supplement could replenish a compound known as creatine phosphate and help your muscle contract intensely and throughout. Hence, creatine is just for boosting your energy to work harder.

PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT

To gain muscles successfully; ensure that your protein levels are adequate. Eating protein food is much recommended, but it may not be enough. The best thing to do, therefore, is to use protein powders, protein bars or protein cookies. In addition, eat these before, during and after the exercise. Note that protein powder is more popular and easier to use. You can convert it into snacks or shakes. To gain some vitamins and minerals in the process, consider buying whey protein powder. It has no side effects, offers better nutrition and is easier to digest.

L-GLUTAMINE

Strength training workouts trigger fatigue and stress. If there is no way to get rid of this stress, it might accumulate and stop your bodybuilding progress. Hence, any fitness expert will tell you to add glutamine to your supplements and vitamins collection. Although the body produces it naturally, the amount might deplete by about 50% due to strain from weight lifting. To avoid muscle breakdown, get your L-glutamine supplement.

PRE-WORKOUT PRODUCTS

If you will just quit when your body feels exhausted and tired, you might take longer to achieve your dream muscles. But where can you draw the extra energy from? The best solution is the pre-workout supplements. These are known to beef up the trainer’s energy and focus levels. Hence, when exercising, he or she can concentrate better when exercising.

MULTIVITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS

The body of a bodybuilder requires enough micronutrients— vitamins and minerals. Although food can provide your daily intakes, your body needs much more vitamins and minerals after the workout. This is where the multivitamins come in. It is good to ensure that you buy the best multivitamins, as some are counterfeits.

FINAL WORD FOR BEGINNERS AND THE EARLY STAGES OF BODYBUILDING

In addition to the above five supplements and vitamins, throw in some nitric oxide products for body building. L-arginine and argentine are other names for nitric oxide. Its role is to cause muscle dilation and is thought to trigger better pumps prior to and after the workouts. Furthermore, you should look into BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids).

These are included in the best multivitamins, though. Now, if you wind up with a post workout meal, you can wait for your success. Eat a nutritious meal within four hours after your last exercise session and wrap it up with adequate hydration.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
