All you need to do this week when you go grocery shopping is buy the frozen or fresh vegetables of your choice, along with your favorite fruits. Get enough for 5-6 days. You will need enough for at least 3 sides with your 3 main meals. Next I want you to stop adding any sort of rice, breads, or pastas with your meals. Yes this must be done. You will simply begin substituting the starch out for a more fibrous carbohydrate.

Try this for 5-6 days without fail. Watch the difference.

I run for my aerobic exercise. You can run, walk, dance; whatever you prefer. Just be certain to do aerobics at least 3 – 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each workout. If you are using HIIT or something on that order, obviously you will be spending less time getting in your aerobics.
